Happy New Year 2015!

What? I know...I know! Where in the world have I been?
I am still here...just haven't been able to stamp much lately, as my stamp room is all packed up and has been for several weeks! Our air conditioner flooded my stamp room and we had to pack everything up. We plan on buying a house real soon, so there was no point in unpacking everything.
I have been itching to get back into my stamps, ink and paper! I am literally bursting at the seams with anticipation...I cannot wait to begin setting up my dream stamp room. Yes...I will have my dream stamp room. It is a requirement for our new house!

I have been getting creative (just not with my stamps). I  have been antique store hopping a lot. I got started on some projects using very old floor heaters. Super neat! I will definitely share those pics on a different day.

I sat here last night, remembering what I was doing on New Year's Eve last year. I was in my stamp room, watching movies with my boys and stamping the night away. AND...I created my first blog post ever on this blog. New Year's 2014.
Last night...I cuddled on the couch with my Hunny and two of my three boys...and we watched movies and ate snacks. And I actually made it to midnght!

I didn't get to stamp..and haven't for a bit, but I wanted to update everyone and let you know that I am still here and dying to get creative again!
By the way...have you seen the new Stampin' Up! occasions catalog and Sale-A-Bration catalog? Squeeel!! I cannot wait to get my hands on some of those goodies...even if I have to wait a bit to play with them.

Well, here is to a new year! I've said it before but I know THIS is going to be our year! I can't wait to see what is in store for my family. Many blessings to you and yours.

I also wanted to share with you some little treat boxes I created using the Envelope Punch Board.
I made these a while back and never got around to posting them. I wanted to have them posted last week but...as you would know...it is summer and we have been going...going...going!

This cute box and the bow were both made using the Envelope Punch Board:

All of these projects and tutorials can be found on my Pinterest board here.

Here is a different style box...so cute, right?

There are so many possibilities when making these boxes!

Simple Gift Card Holder-and Bow!

If there is one tool I have kinda forgotten about lately, it would have to be the Envelope Punch Board! This little tool is so awesome and I've pushed it off to the side and haven't touched it in forever....until I decided to cruise around Pinterest and re-visit some Punch Board Pins! Why have I neglected this little guy?

There are so many fun things you can do with this tool, besides 66 different sized envelopes of course! Check out this gorgeous bow I created with it:

Seriously? Once I started, I couldn't stop! How perfect for gifts and pretty packages. There are a few tutorials out there on making these bows with the punch board-I have pinned some here. So, so simple!

I needed a gift card holder in a pinch for a friend's birthday and came across a quick tutorial on Pinterest-thought I pinned it but apparently I didn't and I can't find it now. BUT-the measurements are really simple!

Start off with a piece of cardstock that is 7 3/4 in x 5 in.
Score at 2 1/2 in., slide over and score at 6 in.

Inside cardstock: 3 1/4 x 4 3/4 in.
Designer Paper:
Top Flap: 2 1/4 x 4 3/4 in.
Bottom Flap: 3 1/4 x 4 3/4 in.
Back Side: 3 1/4 x 4 3/4 in.

Fold the small, bottom flap up and adhere with sticky strip. (after adhering inside cardstock)

Belly Band measures 1 x 7 3/4 in.

Slip your gift card in and you're set!

I used the Sale-A-Bration designer paper--retired now. It has been one of my favorite Stampin' Up! papers and I have a ton so, of course, I am trying to use it up.

The Envelope Punch Board really is so versatile and at $19.95 it is an INCREDIBLE value!

Check out this video from Stampin' Up!

Coffee for a friend!

Hi everyone! Take a look at this super cute K-Cup holder! I CASED this from Lorri Heiling at "Confessions of a Stamping Addict". The pattern can be found HERE. You can also make a 4 cup holder by making two of these and adhering them together!

I also made a coordinating card to go with it:

I did use some retired designer paper-it's called Retro Fresh. I bought it right before it retired and I still want to use it up. There are tons of new designer paper choices in the new Stampin' Up! catalog. If you would like one for yourself, contact me and I will get one to you! It is packed with so many fun products.

Isn't this card so fun? I used one of my favorite stamp sets called Perfect Blend. I used the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set to create the "coffee splatters".

Here is the supply list:
And don't forget the K Cups!

Thank you for stopping by my blog today and Happy Stamping!
